Paper Egg Box Machine is used to process raw material waste paper
into egg tray/carton/box, bottle holder, fruit tray and shoe cover
etc. The whole production will be finished by one production line.
In this production line, their main engine has three types:
reciprocating type, Tumblet Type and rotation type which working
method is different. Usually rotation type machine capacity is
bigger.
The egg box production line is made up of several working systems:
pulping system, forming system, drying system, collection system.
The working system contains many components and equipment, like
hydra-pulper, vibration screen, sewage pump, refiner, air
compressor, egg box forming machine, vacuum pump, egg box dryer,
burner, stacker, etc.
Thereinto, the egg box forming machine and egg box dryer are main
parts of egg box production line, all the casting of these two
parts are precision machined, and all parts contact with water are
304#stainless steel material, which can increase the equipment
durability. All the brand of auxiliary equipment is the top brand

12-cell egg box, and the egg box production line can also

9-cell egg box, 10-cell egg box, 15-cell egg box, 18-cell egg box,
30-cell egg tray and so on, the corresponding production throughput
should according to the exact size of real samples.
