About the machine
The pulp molding disposable tableware production line uses wood
pulp and various types of straw pulp as raw materials, and is mixed
into a pulp with a certain concentration through the processes of
crushing, screening, grinding, adding chemical agents, etc., and
then the pulp is made by vacuum. It is evenly attached to a special
metal mold to form a wet blank product, and then a disposable paper
pulp molded tableware product is produced through the drying, hot
pressing, and sterilization processes.
