Product introduction:
This production line adopts double-screw foam sheet extrusion
technology. PSP foam sheet is a kind of new-type packing material
with the features of heat preservation, safety, sanitation and good
plasticity. It’s mainly used to make various types of food
containers, such as lunch box, dinner trays, bowls etc by
thermoforming. It’s also can be used to make advertisement board,
industrial products packing and so on. It has stable performance,
big capacity, high automation and yields quality products.

2. Auto PS foam forming and cutting machine
The working process as below:
Feeding ---heating area (heating by the remote infrared ceramic
heater)--forming area (vacuum Forming, press forming and
synthetically forming) --Pneumatic cutting knife (cut the shaped
sheet into pieces) –scrap winding.
1. It can produce PS foam food box/container, foam (egg/meat) tray,
hamburger box, foam plates/bowl, fruit tray, etc. The foam
container has a feature of shock-resistance, crush- resistance,
heat insulation, etc. It is widely used to pack the heat and frozen
food in supermarkets, stores and etc.
2. Fully automatic forming and cutting machine integrates forming,
cutting and stacking (trimming) at the same time. It has the
features of labor-saving, high efficiency, energy-saving
properties. It adopts PLC controller and touch screen to control
the working program.

integration of vacuum forming and cutting.

3. PS recycling and pelletizing machine
